Cigar Review: Taliana Nightcap

I’m normally very skeptical of flavored cigars. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll enjoy an Acid cigar when I’m floating the river, I mean, I don’t want to risk ruining one of my good ones on the river, ya know?

But when I smelled the Taliana Nightcap when I was cigar shopping recently, it smelled way to good to pass up. Instantly I got hits of coffee, cocoa, and vanilla. 3 of my favorites.

Typically to me, flavored cigars mask bad wrapping leaves and sub par tobacco, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. This is an incredibly relaxing Dominican tobacco cigar that provides a fun smoking experience. Perfect for those that are new to smoking cigars, the mellow profile is a good start for a less experienced palate.

My main issue with it though, and this is nit picking on my part, it’s a skinny, longer cigar. Smoke time is going to be between 20 to MAYBE 30 minutes. So if you’re looking for something to sit and take your time with, this isn’t it. But if you want a quick, relaxing, flavorful smoke before you hop in the shower before bedtime, this is the perfect cigar for you.

While I think beginners will get more enjoyment out of this, I believe that even an experience cigar fan will have fun with this uniquely flavorful cigar!

For the past 14 weeks and counting, the top Billboard spot has been held by a love ballad: Alex Warren's "Ordinary."
