WATCH: First Look at “The Book of Boba Fett”

My inner nerd is a bit excited today as the first trailer for the next Star Wars story has landed.

Now I will confess, I am all about Baby Yoda (and that is what I insist on calling him) and absolutely loved both seasons of The Mandalorian. And while my emotions were tearing me to pieces in the final episode, before there was even time to recover, there was an Easter egg at the end leading us to the next chapter: The Book of Boba Fett.

In case you’ve been under a rock and haven’t watched The Mandalorian yet,(though I can’t possibly fathom why), I will spare you any spoilers. I will only tell you that The Book of Boba Fett will pick up right where his story ended in that final episode of The Mandalorian. I will also tell you, in case you did not know, the role is played by Temuera Morrison. He played Jango Fett in the Star Wars prequels. Boba is a clone of Jango, so let’s say, he totally understands the role.

Here’s the first look. The series comes exclusively to Disney+ on December 29th.
