When it comes to calendar contests, most people think about photos of hot firefighters or swimsuit clad ladies, not patrol cars.
The American Association of State Troopers are entering their ninth year of this calendar which raises funds to benefit the American Association of State Troopers Foundation. The foundation in a non-profit that helps “enhance the personal and professional lives” of state troopers and includes benefits, scholarships and more.
Tennessee has thrown their hat into the ring again this year, submitting a photo of a trooper, one of their SUV’s and a motorcycle poised in front of a rustic barn in Dickson County, emblazoned with an America flag painted into the wood.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol took to their Twitter page asking for votes, which as of this morning, they were ranked fourth. Kentucky is in the contest as well and they were ranked number two.
Voting goes on thru 4pm on August 25th if you care to cast your vote. Voting is super easy, hit up Survey Monkey, and at the bottom of the page, there is a drop down menu. Just select the state and hit submit.
The top 13 cruisers will be included in the 2023 calendar which will sell for $10. The top vote-getter will grace the cover.
