Slipknot’s Sid Wilson About to be a Dad

Slipknot’s Sid Wilson About to be a Dad

I saw photos on social media a couple days ago of an ultrasound. The social accounts belonged to Sharon and Jack Osbourne. Sharon excited to announce she and Ozzy Osbourne were going to be grandparents again, Jack excited about becoming an uncle.

That of course means the youngest Osbourne, Kelly, is expecting her first child. The part that got me was who the dad is. I mean, I didn’t pay close enough attention the first go around as Sharon and Jack were just congratulating Kelly. Then I went to Kelly’s social and she simply said she was “over the moon”, but no mention of papa.

But as with all good gossip, you wait a day or two and more info comes out. Like finding out that Slipknot’s DJ, Sid Wilson is the proud papa-to-be!

The couple apparently revealed that they were an item earlier this year (I missed it) on Valentine’s Day. They meet way back in 1999 at Ozzfest, which was a huge year for Slipknot on that tour, and Kelly said they had remained in touch and friends since.  Kelly also went on to say in that Valentine’s Day Instagram post:

“After 23 years of friendship I can’t believe where we have ended up! You are my best friend, my soulmate and I am so deeply in love with you Sidney George Wilson.”.

Sid shared the ultrasound on his Instagram page, but without comment, letting the image just speak for itself.

This will be the ninth grandchild for Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
