Rufus is a true gentle giant! He is a seven-year-old Black Lab/Great Dane mix and is as chill as they come.

Mikaela’s Mutt Motel rescued him from certain death. He was a stray, in a shelter and on the euthanasia list. Shelters everywhere are over capacity and a senior dog is not on the high demand side of adoptions. Which is sad in an of itself, but with this boy? He is so sweet and relaxed as you can see here in his video.

He is a happy boy and just wants to find a loving FURever home where he can relax, hangout and get some good butt scratches for the rest of his days.

He is receiving treatments for heartworm disease and will be getting snipped and chipped and up to date on all vaccines in a few days.
