Foo Fighters Bring the Laughs With New Video

With all the love I have for Dave Grohl, I love that Foo Fighters have a collective, twisted sense of humor.

The band just dropped a brand new video for their next single, “Love Dies Young”. As I write this, I am still trying to recover from the full on obnoxious belly laughs, complete with a few snorts and head rushes.

The band employed Ted Lasso actor, Jason Sudeikis, as a synchronized swimming coach, who looks a hell of a lot like Bela Karolyi. Karolyi is the mustachioed former US Olympic gymnastics coach, who fell from grace in 2016 as part of the abuse allegations scandal against female gymnasts, but that is another story.

Sudeikis, I’m pretty sure, was giving free reign and ad-libbed his entire portion, combining his Ted Lasso character and a bit of Bela thrown in and it’s freaking hilarious. Then, it gets even more hilarious once the song starts. Seriously, full on laughter.

I’ll save the spoilers and just let you enjoy.
