Teachers of the Year honored by Education Foundation

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) At their Tuesday meeting, the Clarksville-Montgomery County School Board recognized 45 2016-17 school-level, and three District Teachers of the Year. Each of the teachers received a Point of Pride award from the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and $100 from the Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation.

Abby Binkley, Executive Director of the Education Foundation, talked about the recognition for the teachers. “The Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation believes that we must continue to motivate and support teachers, especially when they go above and beyond to ensure students are successful,” said Binkley.
