Police make two more arrests in Beech Street murder

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Police have made two more arrests in connection to last week’s murder on Beech Street.

23-year-old Kymber Green and 27-year-old Reginald Pope were arrested in Portland, TN.

Both were charged with criminal homicide and are being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bail.

18-year-old Javian Jakeil Hawkins was charged with criminal homicide last week in the case.

The body of 53-year-old Julie Ann Rosario was found behind an abandoned property on Beech Street. Police determined her death was a homicide.

According to an arrest warrant for Green, witnesses said they saw her forcing Rosario into an apartment on Beech St. on the evening of Nov. 2. They said she was later seen coming from the area where the victim was found after a gunshot was heard in the early morning hours of Nov. 3.

Witnesses also told police Green was seen in that same apartment on Beech St. with Pope and Hawkins later that morning.

During a police interview, Hawkins said he saw Pope and Green assaulting the victim in front of the apartments over a previous drug debt.
