Orgain Ready Mix Concrete issued state notice of violation over spills into Red River: The notice came from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation after an investigation found solids-laden water and “cementitious staining” along the riverbank behind the company’s plant at 240 Kraft St. READ MORE
