CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – More stores are headed in to Clarksville in the coming months, especially in the Exit 11 and Sango area. The completion of the new Publix on Martin Luther King Blvd has created opportunity for secondary retailers and businesses. As the area continues to grow residents will begin to notice both national retailers and local shops moving into the available space.

Pet Supplies Plus
Pet Supplies Plus is suspected to go in next to the Publix on Martin Luther King Blvd. This national franchise has been in business since 1988. Pet Supplies Plus carries products for most small animals including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and small mammals such as rabbits, guineas, and similar. More information.

Orange Theory Fitness
Orange Theory Fitness has broke ground on property on the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd and Fire Station Road. Orange Theory Fitness has locations in Nashville, Hendersonville, and Mt. Juliet. This will be the first Clarksville franchise. The fitness center offers group personal training workouts based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) that blend cardiovascular and strength training. More information.

El Rancho Grande Restaurant

Grand opening for the newest Mexican restaurant on Exit 11 is unclear. Originally rumored to be a steak and seafood restaurant, this restaurant will open near the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd and Sango Road.

Further down Martin Luther King Blvd, at the corner of Madison St, the Clarksville Commons has made progress on the renovations to the old Kmart. Confirmed stores already include Marshalls and Panera, with more added in the coming months.
