CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The search is on for the suspect in a stabbing at Ramblewood Apartments, off Highway 48/13 just south of Clarksville.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 2400 Ramblewood Drive after a man was stabbed in an outside breezeway. The suspect has not been identified and is only described as a white man with a beard. The motive is unknown, but it is believed to have stemmed from an argument and is an isolated incident, according to MCSO Sgt. Bishop Delaney.

The victim has been transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

At 8:20 p.m., law enforcement was actively in the area, and residents of Ramblewood were advised to be cautious if outside their homes, Delaney said.
