CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – We will get temperatures near 100 this weekend, with heat index values as high as 102.
“Sunday will be the hottest day with highs in the mid 90s to around 100,” the National Weather Service said. “Heat index values will be as warm as 102 both Sunday and Monday, and we will see warm overnight lows Sunday night. Because of this, widespread high heat risk is expected Sunday and Monday.”

The NWS advises people to stay hydrated, reduce your time outdoors between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and stay in a cool place during the heat of the day.
