STP without Weiland
STP without Weiland

The members of Stone Temple Pilots will make their first public appearance since booting Scott Weiland at the end of the month.

Robert and Dean DeLeo and Eric Kretz have been added to the lineup for the MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit May 30th at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The evening will see Linkin Parkfrontman Chester Bennington given Stevie Ray Vaughan Award by his bandmate Mike Shinoda. Ex-Guns n’ Roses bandmates Slash and Duff McKagan will also perform at the show, but there’s no word yet on who might sing with STP.
