Metallica to be honored at Golden Gods Awards

Metallica will be given the Ronnie James Dio Lifetime Achievement Award and perform at the fifth annual Golden Gods Awards. The show will take place May 2nd at Club Nokia in Los Angeles and shown live on AXS TV. Other bands performing at the awards include Five Finger Death Punch, Halestorm and Stone Sour. Rob Zombie will be given the Golden God Award at the event, while Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi will be given the Riff Lord Award. Check out the nominees for the fan voted awards below.
