Chili’s Football Contest Rules

1. Each week, through 11:59PM on January 30, 2014 Z97.5/WZZP will accept entries for our weekly Chili’s Football VIP contest. Contestants MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ENTER.
2. Each week, one person will win food for 4 from Chili’s valued at $40 to be used the following Sunday at Chili’s of Clarksville, and be qualified for a chance to win an NFL team jersey of their choice valued at $100 to be provided by Chili’s.
3. To enter, one must text ‘pigskin’ to 77000. Message and data rates may apply. This week, persons may enter from 12am on Saturday, January 25 through 11:59pm on Thursday, January 30. The weekly winner will be selected on each Friday morning of the contest and must redeem the prize by the following Sunday. Prize will be claimed at Chili’s of Clarksville on Lowe’s Dr. You must re-enter each week of the contest to be eligible for that week’s contest. Winner selected by random drawing. On January 31, a random drawing will be conducted from amongst all qualifiers to select the winner of the NFL jersey to be provided by Chili’s.
4. Only one entry per person. One winner per family and household. The term family shall include spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and co-habituating significant others. Winners may not win another prize from Z97.5/WZZP for a period of 90 days.
5. All entrants agree that their name, voice, photograph, video, character and likeness and entry may be used by Z97.5/WZZP for promotional purposes. Winner must waive any claim of royalty and right of remuneration for such use.
6. All must winners assume financial obligations for state and federal taxes and all fees.
7. The contest is open to those individuals 21 or older with a valid article of state identification, with the exception of full or part time employees of SAGA Communications (which includes Z97.5/WZZP), and their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, other radio stations, and members of their immediate families.
8. Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way.
9. Z97.5/WZZP cannot be held liable and shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based on delays, omissions, oversights, or failure of the US Postal Service or allegations of telephone, computer, or internet difficulties. In the case of a dispute, winner may be required to provide proof of registration.
10. As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Z97.5/WZZP management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.
11. No purchase is necessary to participate of win. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of Z97.5/WZZP are final.
12. In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (e.g. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien and the like), Z97.5/WZZP delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be deemed to be the award of the prize to the winner. Z97.5/WZZP shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon any documents presented by the representatives seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. Z97.5/WZZP shall not be liable for any claim by winner for damages incidental thereto.
